Order Processing & Dispatch Every Mehral garment is thoroughly inspected before being securely packaged. Orders are processed and dispatched from our Canberra facility within 1 to 2 business days of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your shipping label is generated.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We partner exclusively with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

International Shipping & Customs Policy

International Shipping We ship globally via Australia Post International. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location.

  • Standard International: Delivery typically takes 6 to 15 business days.

  • Express International: Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Depending on your shipping destination, your order will fall into one of two tax categories at checkout:

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Where available, you will have the option to prepay all required local import taxes and duties directly at checkout. This ensures your package will move through your local customs seamlessly with no additional fees upon arrival.

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): If DDP is not available for your region, or not selected, your order will be shipped DDU. This means the customer is entirely responsible for paying any local import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by their local government upon the package's arrival.

Mehral is not responsible for any unexpected customs fees or delays caused by international border clearance.
