Returns & Exchanges Policy
We engineered this sweater to solve the problem of uncomfortable, itchy office wear. We stand behind the quality of our dual-layer construction, but we understand that buying premium apparel online requires trust.
1. The 7-Day "Zero-Itch" Guarantee (Refunds) If you receive your Mehral sweater and it isn't the most comfortable wool garment you own, you can return it for a refund of the garment's purchase price.

You must initiate the return within 7 days of the delivery date.

The garment must be in strictly unworn, unwashed, and original condition with all tags completely attached.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. The Perfect Fit Exchange (Sizing) Getting the right fit is crucial for a professional silhouette. If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Because this is a strictly limited batch, exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is sold out, we will issue a full refund instead.

Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. International Returns & Exchanges Due to the high cost and transit times of international logistics, we highly recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.

International customers are welcome to return items under the 7-Day Guarantee, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs fees to re-enter Australia.

For international sizing issues, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a separate, new order for the correct size to ensure the limited stock is secured immediately.
4. The 30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty (Faults) We hold our manufacturing to the highest standards. If you discover a genuine fault in the stitching, fabric, or construction of your garment within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the item immediately.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Mehral will cover all return shipping costs.

Please note that minor pilling around high-friction areas (like cuffs) is a natural characteristic of premium Merino wool and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange, simply reply to your original order confirmation email or contact us at support@mehral.com.au. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours.
